Updates To Our Services
IN-STORE SHOPPING:
- Facemask are not required but are recommended with hand sanitizer available upon entry.
- We accept the following payments: Contactless; Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit or Credit Card, and Cash.
- Return policy: All After School Matters Gift Shop online and in-person purchases will have a return period of 60 days
- We have reinstated FREE furniture deliveries that are offered only in the city of Chicago (This does not apply to anything ordered online, your item will be shipped as normal). We are more than happy to hold any furniture until we can arrange a pickup or delivery date.
IN-STORE PICKUP:
- Shop online and select our in-store pickup option provided when you checkout.
- Note in-store pickup orders will ONLY be processed and available for pickup during current store hours (Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
- Once your order is placed we will work to process your order accordingly. When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an e-mail notification. (Do not arrive unless notified your purchase is ready for pickup)
- When retrieving your order you will be requested to provide your confirmation e-mail along with the order name (First & Last).
ONLINE SHOPPING:
- Once your order is placed we ask you allow it to be processed within a week. Please note that your order may be shipped sooner. (You will receive an e-mail notification once your purchase has been fully processed and shipped)
