 After School Matters celebrates 30 years of programs and is happy to announce our grand re-opening on June 9th, 2021. For our updated store hours and details please refer to our "Store Location" page listed below

In-store Shopping:

  • Required to wear a face mask and sanitize upon entry
  • Card or cash are acceptable payment methods
  • Return policy: All After School Matters Gift Shop online and in-person purchases will have a return period of 60 days 
  • We have reinstated FREE furniture deliveries that are offered only in the city of Chicago  (This does not apply to anything ordered online, your item will be shipped as normal). We are more than happy to hold any furniture until we can arrange a pickup or delivery date.
  • We are working to provide curbside/instore pickup by 7.01.21

    In-store Pickup:

    • Shop online and select our in-store pickup option provided when you checkout. 
      • Please note that in-store pickup orders will ONLY be processed and available for pickup during current store hours (Wednesday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
    • Once your order is placed we will work to process your order accordingly. When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an e-mail notification. 
    • When retrieving your order you will be requested to provide your confirmation e-mail along with the order name (First & Last). 

    Online Shopping:

    • Once your order is placed it will be processed within a week. (You will receive an e-mail notification once your purchase has been fully processed and shipped)
